A new apartment complex could soon be coming to Cranberry Township.

The Cranberry Board of Supervisors recently heard public testimony on a proposed 14-building apartment complex (over 300 units) that would be built near the Cranberry Springs development.

This is the area near the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex.

The tentative Planned Residential Development on Cool Springs Drive will feature on-street parallel parking and off-street, covered garages, the development would also feature a clubhouse, pool, sport court, dog park, and four parklets. It will also feature pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding Route 228 corridor.

The Board will consider the development during the April 6 meeting.
