Is a member of the Sharon St. Clair Real Estate Team at eXp Realty. Mr. Minehart has been in the business for numerous years and is no stranger to the residents of Cranberry Township and the surrounding area.
Don was involved with the builders and sale of most of the homes in the neighborhoods of Glenbrook, Antler Ridge and others. He taught New Construction Sales to real estate agents and Real Estate at Allegheny County Community College.
In addition to holding an Associate Broker Real Estate license, he is a Master Inspector (over 2,000 homes) the Diamond Group Home Inspections LLC., Home Energy Rater, consultant to builders, Certified Radon Tester, Certified Deck Inspector, and graduating member of the New Home Co-Broker Academy.
